Landis Building - Takoma Park, DC Tenants' Fit-outs

Landis Construction designed and built-out several commercial spaces in the 7059 Blair Rd building for: AIBD (American Institute of Building Design), The DC Chamber of Commerce, P&D Drywall, IBED (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) among others. The12,000 square feet of tenant build-out included bathrooms, hallways, kitchens and other common spaces. We worked with each of these organizations to tailor design and build each of their offices to meet their specific needs.
